I was shifted from BGH to Wellmark Hospital after a sudden heart attack, and at that time my condition was not stable enough to go to a distant place for treatment. I am grateful that Wellmark Hospital is centrally located in Bokaro Steel City, making advanced medical care easily accessible to residents. I received treatment here comparable to the standard of CMC Vellore, which is truly commendable. I am fully satisfied with the quality of medical care, doctors’ expertise, nursing support, infrastructure, and overall hospital management. The availability of mediclaim facilities for retired BSL employees is also a great support and relief for patients and their families. Suggestion: My humble suggestion is that the hospital may consider organizing regular planned cardiac health check-up programs, especially for senior citizens. This would help in early detection of heart-related problems, reduce fear due to lack of awareness, and allow timely and well-planned treatment. Such an initiative will benefit the community and further enhance the hospital’s reputation and services. Overall Experience:

Wellmark hospital servers good service to his patients. Dr Rahul sir and his team is brilliant they operated my father and took a great care of him and there is Reena ma'am who's really friendly and helps in all terms possible. The hospital is really trustable.

Excellent service got by Well mark hospital, specially their is a receptionist name Aman Prateek he is so nice and calm person , always support patients and attendant and give proper guide ,all nurses are also good in providing services to patients care.
