I am incredibly grateful to the team at this mission hospital for their outstanding care and support during a critical time. Unlike other hospitals that insisted on transferring my patient, which would have risked their health further, this hospital provided dedicated, compassionate care that gave my patient a second chance at life. The staff went above and beyond to ensure the best treatment, and the blood bank was especially crucial—ensuring timely access to essential supplies. Their commitment to my patient’s recovery was truly life-saving, and I can't thank them enough for their expertise and support.

Good list of Doctors, co-operative staffs, improved a lot overall, Comparatively better in overall services than other hospitals in Durgapur though more improvement is necessary for shorten long queue and processing time. People can park their vehicles surrounding the hospital but needs some more space & availability of vehicle parking facility.without making that a business like other areas in durgapur collecting high and unrestricted parking charges.

One of the best multi-speciality hospital in eastern indian . The staffs are marvellous. They take care of patients in such a way that patient feels insecure leaving them while going back home. The best ever experience for patients physical and mental health. You never feel like you are in hospital for the cleanliness and ambiance. Thank you so much mission hospital for everything.

Vivekananda Hospital have many good doctors. There treatment procedure are also good in my opinion. I have no issues with doctors and Treatment procedure. Hospitality is very convincing. Their improvement in last couple of months is outstanding. Most probably they will get NABH accreditation very soon also.

I have gone today for health checkup . I am totally satisfied with the check up process and doctors behaviour. I am giving a heart full of thanks to OPD manager ma'am for her smooth cooperation and also her subordinate. It's a Good hospital indeed.

Good staff behaviour and quick response with empathy. Doctors of all specialties are available. Very clean and well coordinated staff which helps patient and their family in times of distress . I had a good experience when my family member was admitted. Nurses are very active there in their duties.

The behaviour of all The staff were pretty good, the doctor and the team effort and care was very good. Cleanliness and hospitality was excellent. Some of the co-ordinator particularly miss Alifa behaviour was excellent. Overall satisfied from this experience.

Pediatric ward, all doctors, nursing staffs, cleaning person and management staffs are very caring, with good behavior and cooperative. They have enough patience to handle kids.
