Excellent treatment in Emergency section, OPD, planned surgeries etc. I had to go through a plastic surgery following an accident in 3 fingers of my left hand. The surgery was done by renowned plastic surgeons of this hospital especially Dr. Kaushik Nandy. Following the same I have had three OPD sessions with him and dressings of my wounds have been replaced. I'm recovering since. Also the twin sharing beds on the fourth floor are good, they are semi-private. All nurses and attendants are just a ring of the bell away all throughout the day and night (I had to call a nurse at 3 am in the morning even for an emergency. Food and catering services are good. You get morning tea with biscuits, breakfast ( noodles, bread with jam, boiled egg, tea) , lunch with Rice, Roti, Pulses, two bowls of curry and a fish curry and porridge), evening soup and tea and dinner (Rice, Chicken, curries, lentils, porridge). All foods are sumptuous for more than a person. You get a dietician who comes in the evening to ask your food preferences. Attendants change your attire and bedsheets once a day. You even get a barbar service every other day on call (service is included with the bed). Hope you find this helpful. God bless everyone.

My father was having difficulty in breathing, was going through cough and cold for a couple of days but it suddenly went to a point that he was unable to breathe. We immediately got him admitted to Apollo Hospital Emergency Care and we are content with the quality of service provided, he was immediately attended by a posse of doctors and medical staff and was discharged after 3 days on request from patient as he almost got cured and as per the doctor's approval, the treatment can be continued at home itself with the prescribed medicines. Doctor was very good when it comes to dealing at that time of immediate need and attention and coming for multiple visits during the day and advised us for checkup after 7 days during discharge. We are satisfied with the overall quality of medical service provided at the hospital, it is understandable that premium service comes at premium charge. I definitely recommend this hospital to others.

I had a wonderful experience during my first visit to Dr. Kallol Kumar Dey at CMRI hospital. Both Dr. Dey and his assistant, Mrs. Moonmoon Koley, were extremely helpful and polite throughout my visit. They took the time to understand my problem with great care and ensured that my concerns were given proper priority so that I could be attended to on time. Their professionalism, kindness, and patient-centered approach made me feel very comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciate their support and dedication - it made my first visit a smooth and reassuring experience.

The seniors are very good. They help us very much. They teach us to hold our work or do not understand it again. Security guards are very good. When we have something, everything shows and says. We came here to know and learned a lot to practice what we did theory. Bed Capability is very good here. Doctors and nurses provide Very Good Treatment. Housekeeping kept clear very well.

Great services of the hospital. Exceptional facilities and behaviour of all all members..mSpecially nurse mita, reba and lipika were extraordinary. I have been to the Manipal hospital (Mukundapur) for my operation, stayed in room 611. The administration, nurses, doctors, staff members everyone here are really nice and helpful. Especially Ms. Swagata Dey, her hospitality was amazing, took wonderful care about everything. Extremely happy with all the effort which was made. My wife was surgery treatment under Dr. Tapti Sen, she is very efficient, skilled and helpful doctor. No doubt she is one of the most valuable doctor at present for women's brest deasease. Hospital service, OT staff, ward staff and sisters was very cooperative and realiable. I have a cashless mediclaim facility and TPA staff very smoothly solve this issue.
