We had a very good experience at Baby Memorial Hospital. My daughter underwent an operation here, and from start to finish, the care we received was excellent. I had a very nice experience during my delivery at BMH. I am very grateful to Dr. Sheila and Dr. Lakshmi for their care throughout my entire pregnancy journey and delivery. The labour room staff were very cooperative, especially Arya and Aswathy, who helped relieve my stress and tension when the LSCS was posted. The OT staff, gynaec POP staff, and C5 East staff were also very cooperative and supportive. The entire team was wonderful and supported us throughout my labour journey.

Room for Improvement While the canteen team was efficient and lovely, there was some recurring confusion with the room service food orders, so I’d recommend being very specific with your requests. We also experienced some intermittent issues with hot water availability in the room, though the staff did attend to it when asked. Verdict These are minor logistical points compared to the high standard of clinical care. For anyone seeking orthopedic expertise and compassionate nursing, I highly recommend Dr. Sameer Ali and Meitra Hospital. We are forever thankful.

I have visited Meitra Hospital many times, and each experience has been excellent. The hospital is well-managed with great doctors, good facilities, and overall very good service. Recently, I went there with my international friends for a surgery, and the entire process was very comfortable. The doctors were extremely supportive, especially Dr. Nabeel (Orthopaedic Surgeon), who was very caring and professional. Also, their Physiotherapy Department was very good, which helped my friend recover faster. The rooms are also excellent – they don’t feel like a hospital at all, more like a hotel, which made the stay very pleasant. A special mention to the International Lounge staff – they were so helpful and made my friends feel very comfortable throughout their stay. Overall, Meitra Hospital provides a high standard of care and I highly recommend it.
