Hospital with the best medical facilities. Best quality doctors are here, and the doctors are very good and encouraging. Staff is also very good and polite. The hospital has good premises, very clean and well maintained. A little scope of improvement is in Dispensary. It takes a lot of time to get even a single medicine. People prefer to get medicine from outside. Overall services are good.

This is fourth time my wife is admitted at Noetia. All praises to the doctors and nurses. The only thing of concern is delay in discharge formalities. Special thanks to Dr Sanjukta Choudhary (undergone two ceaserean op in Yr 2019 and 2022), who is a gem to the hospital. Thanks to Dr Pranay Gaurav and Dr Naveen Parveez and Dr Manjari ma'am.

Nurses and staffs are so caring and helpful. I was under Dr Saumitra Saha , he is excellent. Food quality is good and they are cleaning and maintaining the hygiene all time.

Dr. Biswajit Dey is an extremely knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. He explains every report and procedure clearly, which greatly helps in reducing anxiety, especially during pregnancy. His calm approach, patience in answering questions, and practical guidance make patients feel safe and confident under his care. I truly appreciate his professionalism, timely advice, and supportive attitude throughout my treatment. I am very grateful for his care and would highly recommend him to others.

Manipal hospital is very nice hospital and the doctors are the reason for it.. The receptionist, nurses and others staffs are very polite and helpful. I recently had my delivery at manipal under Dr. Biswajit Dey and he is the best. My pregnancy journey was tough and full of complications but under his guidance it went smoothly even after delivery my recovery was very smooth. Also his team of was very caring and took really good care of me. And Dr. Ujjal Chatterjee is best in child's care.. i took my 10 days baby for an emergency and i didn't even have to wait in line..and he really took time and listened to my concern and explained me how to take care of my baby..i myself was his patient once and now my baby is also under his care.. A great place for treatment and you can totally trust the doctors..

I recently visited this private hospital and was genuinely impressed, especially with the PRO services. The Public Relations Officer was extremely helpful, approachable, and well-organized. From guiding us through the registration process to making sure we were comfortable and informed at every step, the PRO handled everything with so much professionalism and warmth. They addressed all our questions patiently and ensured there was no confusion or delay. It honestly made the whole hospital experience smoother and less stressful. A hospital feels much more reliable when the staff is this supportive. Highly recommended!

I recently visited Desun Hospital Siliguri with my relative for OPD Consultation When I entered in the hospital starting from the appointment desk to OPD billing desk each one was really cooperative, humble and helpful. I was really surprised to see such nice services in the hospital. The doctor was really well behaved and he explained us very nicely. We are really happy to see that facilities are there in the hospital now which was not there previously. Hopefully it will grow more and give much better services in the near future like today.
