From the very first consultation to the moment we held our baby in our arms, everything was handled with incredible professionalism, clarity, and genuine care. Dr. Smita Baheti is not just a highly skilled obstetrician — she is calm, confident, and deeply compassionate. Throughout the pregnancy she explained every detail clearly, addressed every concern patiently, and made us feel completely safe and supported. During delivery, her presence was reassuring and precise, which made a huge difference for both the mother and the family. The hospital infrastructure, hygiene, monitoring, nursing staff, and neonatal care were all top-notch. The team was attentive 24/7, quick to respond, and always respectful. I have been visiting this hospital for more than 15 years and they are providing very good services . I had admitted my son in emergency and the night staff nurse Rajniji was tips on toes . Her expertise and smiling face were so soothing when you are worried. Even the Day staff was so polite and caring. The Doctors are all so cautious. Early morning 6:30am the first round of Doctor starts. Even the cleanliness around is taken care.

Ortho surgery successfully done under doctor Usman Khan sir. On OT and post OP staff very caring and helping. Supportive staff also very polite and humble. Thank you Dr Usman and all team.
