They motivate students in different ways and keep them practising. I have seen difference on how my son performed in Tabla, and he improved by leaps and bounds. Vishal Sir has international students distributed globally across USA, Europe, South Africa, Dubai. He is very humble, and knowledgable guru in tabla. He has blessing from Shri Anindo Chatterjee ji as well.
