“Dr. Naveen Thota is a well-known neurologist in Vijayawada. He earned his MBBS from Andhra Medical College in 2005, completed his MD in General Medicine at Guntur Medical College in 2008, and obtained his DM in Neurology from Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences in Tirupati in 2012. He also completed a fellowship in Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders at NIMHANS in Bangalore. Dr. Naveen Thota is the first movement disorder specialist in Andhra Pradesh and practices at the Anu Institute of Neuro and Cardiac Sciences. He has performed 40 DBS procedures at SVIMS and 10 more at Anu Neuro and Cardiac Hospital in Vijayawada, totalling 50 cases.
