“Dr Avtar Singh completed his MBBS at Guru Nanak University. He received his MS in Orthopaedics from Guru Nanak Dev University. He is the orthopaedic and joint replacement surgeon at Amandeep Group of Hospitals. Dr Avtar has expertise in performing hip replacement, robotic knee replacement, and joint replacement. With over 25 years of extensive experience, he has successfully performed over 1,550 orthopaedic surgeries and 27,000 joint replacement procedures. He has treated over 6,500 successful robotic surgeries. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, a life member of the Indian Orthopaedic Association, and the Punjab Orthopaedic Association. He is practising at Amandeep Hospital, a specialised centre for orthopaedics and trauma management. Dr Amandeep Kaur and Dr Avtar Singh started the hospital.
