“Dr. Karthik M. Selvara completed his MBBS from the prestigious Government Stanley Medical College, Chennai. He finished his MS in Orthopaedics from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, the premier Post Graduate Training Institute in India. He received expert training in the care of orthopaedic trauma patients, joint reconstruction, arthroscopy, hand surgery, and sports medicine. Dr. Karthik M. Selvara did another Upper Limb Fellowship at Waikato Hospital, Hamilton, New Zealand. Dr. Karthik was selected to work as an advanced trauma fellow at the Alfred Hospital, Melbourne. He was trained in pelvic and acetabular trauma at the Alfred Hospital. He has performed around 3000 surgeries in the last 10 years. His special interests include shoulder and elbow surgery, arthroscopy, and sports medicine. Dr. Karthik M. Selvara routinely performs shoulder and elbow arthroscopies, upper limb fracture surgery, and shoulder and elbow replacement surgeries. He now practices at KS Ortho Care. He speaks Hindi and English.”
