Had my knee replacement done at Asten Ortho Hospital, under Dr. Mohammed Hasil, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. The whole team — doctors, nurses, PRO, cleaning staff — everyone was amazing. I can’t list all their names, but each one made me feel genuinely cared for. Service here is literally a press of a button away, any time of day or night. The receptionist was always alert, the nurses were kind and patient, and the cleaning staff kept everything spotless. Food was served on time and tasted great (though I’d vote for a few more vegetarian options!). Big thanks to the Public relation officer for the personal touch and smooth coordination. Recently I had visited AstenOrtho for my husband's treatment. Our overall experience at this hospital was positive, especially the care that we received from the medical team, led by Dr Mohammed Hasil. From the day we checked in, the reception staff was friendly and helpful. Special appreciation and thanks to Mr. Nidheesh, Manager who guided us through the hospital. The surgical team, Dr. Hasil, Dr. Dhiyaneshwaran, Dr. Sajeer, Dr. Arun were incredible, they took the time to thoroughly explain my husband's condition and surgery procedure for the muscle avulsion. We are grateful to the entire nursing team and support staff for the care extended to us. I will surely recommend this facility to all.
