I myself a doctor, suffered from radiating pain to the R leg for about 2 days. Back pain, gradually increasing since about one year. The pain of 2 days was so severe that I didn't sleep, couldn't sit, couldn't eat and couldn't do anything. I took opinion from Dr Mahesh K - known expert spine surgeon, established in Mangalore for more than 10 years. As per his advice, took medications - didn't get any relief. So he advised MRI spine which showed L5S1 Inter vertebral disc prolapse. Immediately I got admitted, evaluated and endoscopic disc- ectomy was done by night. I had miraculous disappearance of the pain as I was recovering from anaesthesia. This kind of relief was possible because of the expert hands of Dr Mahesh. Dr. Mahesha K Mangalore is an expert in disc surgery(endoscopic spine surgery) . Only limited number of Doctors in India can do this kind of keyhole surgery. Patient will be discharged within 24 hours after admission. His concern towards patients is really admirable. A very polite and caring by nature. I am totally cured within a month and back to my regular duty.
