One of the best services in Nagpur. Just one phone call and they attended the patient in 20 min at home. Took samples and the reports were ready in just 3-4 hours. Of course it was just a simple blood test, but still the service was too efficient and smooth. The staff were friendly, calm, and professional, which made the process comfortable. The centre was clean and well organised, and the interaction with staff felt respectful and efficient. One small point I’d like to raise constructively is regarding blood collection equipment. Standard best practice is to use a fresh, single-use Vacutainer for every patient, as this reassures patients and minimises any risk of cross-contamination. Making this more explicit or clearly visible during the procedure would further strengthen patient confidence. Overall, a positive experience, with professional and courteous staff.
