I had severe pain with restricted moment of left shoulder joint from last six months. I met few orthopedic and neurologist but couldn't relax. One of my relatives suggest name Dr Ravi sir Director udaan physio. From my busy schedule take appointment and learn only few exercise for home and day by day I'm doing same exercise in home after returns government school duties. Believe me after few days I'm feeling more relax without any medicine. I can say now if any one suffering from any pain then don't waste your time. My cousin brother suffered from severe low back pain unable to walk and stand properly, he treated lot of orthopaedic and physician but not getting improved.
