I am extremely grateful to Dr.B.Senthilvel Kumar(SVK) sir and the entire team at Nalam Hospital, Trichy. My father had been suffering from bilateral lower leg allergic dermatitis and severe cellulitis for the past 3 years, and despite visiting several hospitals, his condition did not improve. A few weeks ago, we were referred to Dr. SVK by Dr. Shankar from Muthu Shanmugam Nursing Home, Ariyalur. From the moment we arrived at Nalam Hospital, our experience was exceptional. Dr. SVK, a renowned chief plastic surgeon, along with his amazing team, provided outstanding safe, quality care and treatment. They were thorough, compassionate, and extremely professional. My father's condition, which had been deteriorating for years, showed significant improvement under their care. Dr. SVK’s expertise in handling the complex infection was impressive, and we truly appreciate the personalized attention and dedication he gave to my father’s recovery. I would also like to extend a special thanks to the nursing team, especially Banumathi and Annalakshmi, who were incredibly compassionate and delivered safe, quality care. The entire nursing team, along with Parveen Mam, the reception staff, pharmacy team (Deepa, Preethi, and Vijaya Bharathi), lab technician (Siva Ranjani), and the housekeeping staff, all went above and beyond. Their kindness, professionalism, and patient-centered care made all the difference during my father’s treatment.
