3 Best Pure Vegetarian Restaurants in Srinagar, JK

We went to this place because the driver told us to try this place for Kashmiri food. I wanted to try the Kashmiri Wazwan and to my surprise it was in their specials that day. The wait was little more after we ordered but justifiable. The platter was awesome. Starting from look, the platter was a treat to the eyes. It was delicious and filling for 2 people. I could not finish the platter but it was so tasty that i was feeling guilty leaving it. Mutton, chicken and curries. A must try if you get there on the days they have it on their menu. The staff is also professional and kind enough to suggest you items as per your taste/need.

I had an amazing experience at Stream Restaurant. Their authentic Kashmiri dishes are absolutely brilliant, and the location right in front of Dal Lake makes it even more special. I’d highly recommend people to visit again and again and try all the authentic Kashmiri flavours they offer.

This diwali i visit Kashmir. I visit Krishna daba 3times. Once for family dinner. Second for morning breakfast and 3rd time for late night dinner. This is fully veg restaurant in Kashmir. If you are vegetarian you have to suffer for veg food. We love the food from Krishna dhaba. According to Delhi the price of food is very high but for visitor its normal. Highly recommended.

I had dinner here, Rajma chawal. It was super tasty and quantity was just huge! The service was prompt and good. The place has decent space and quite neat and clean. Price wise also it's good on the pocket. There is no dedicated parking here but there is a commercial space just ahead where one can park bike though. Overall a good place for having some vegetarian delicacies in Srinagar.

This restaurant is best among all pure veg restaurant I visited during my tour in Srinagar. Prices are approved by J&K Govt. Foods are damn tasty. Card payments are accepted. Clean and behaviour of staff and owner / cashier is nice.

Very busy vegetarian hangout where authentic poori channa, pav bhaaji, chole battore and lassi was served A very happening place for vegetarians in the middle of non vegetarian hotels in srinagar dal gate area Food was fresh tasty and service was in haste Would recommend to anyone who goes srinagar should taste it once.

Finding this vegetarian restaurant in Srinagar was a pleasant surprise, especially given the limited veg options in the city. Tried a variety of dishes including Paneer Pulav, Paneer Bhurji, Mixed Paratha, Fried Papad, Idli, and Lassi - all of which were delightful. The prices were reasonable, adding to the satisfaction. While the ambiance is pretty standard, the quality and variety of the food make it a noteworthy spot for vegetarians visiting the city.

All vegetarian menu. They have Jain menu too. Small place but fast service. Becomes full during lunch. Parking on the street only.
