We have installed a security alarm system at home from DFS. They initially sent one person to assess the needs and then took the order. It is working fine. Easy to operate since we can Arm or Disarm using either the key panel or key hob or mobile. Very convenient. Their continuous monitoring is good. Even if there is false alarm due to our forgetfulness, immediately there would be a call from them. Overall happy with the performance.
