Amazing swimming pool facility inside NIT Rourkela campus, the coach is very good and helps learn a lot from scratch. It's fun swimming in there... It is an Olympic size pool so you can practice your swimming skills and embrace them, the water is very clear and cleaned on a regular basis. Measured amount of chemicals are used to clean the pool. Bathroom area is very big arround 8 10 people can take bath simultaneously. Different swimming timings are allocated for boys students, girls students, and faculty members.

The swimming pool has eight lanes and the necessary facilities to conduct even international-level competitions. The timings for male and female students is different.
