"Nishkalank Mahadev Temple is a unique and fascinating sea temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Situated on a square platform in the Arabian Sea, it features five distinct swayambhu Shiva lingams, each with a Nandi statue facing it. These five lingams are believed to represent the five Pandava brothers from the Indian epic Mahabharata. The temple’s construction is an architectural marvel, built to withstand the powerful tides of the sea. The entire temple remains submerged most of the time. The water recedes only twice a day, once in the daytime and once at night, for a few hours. Parking facilities are also available for visitors.

2026 Update: Nishkalank Mahadev Temple is initiated by hoisting the flag by the Maharajas of Bhavnagar for 364 days otherwise, it changes during the next temple festival."

It is a very good place. The five Pandavas worshipped Bholenath here. Therefore, when you come here in this very devotional atmosphere, a devotional atmosphere awakens in your mind.

This is amazing place to visit if you are spiritually aligned, the temple submerges in water when it is high tide and will be available only when it is low tide. It is a different experience.

Great place. Sunset is extremely beautiful. One can reach the place when there is low tide. The breezing air, the ancient touch, the flag on the tower and the shivlings gives us a very peaceful, unique, breathtaking and divine feeling. Must visit atleast once.

The greenery in the hilly area. The calmness, peace, and the cool breeze is the center of attraction. We can like hill station here. It's one of the must visit place in bhavnagar.
