Had chance to visit this temple and was blessed to see this amazing temple. The temple was built at the confluence of rivers Kaveri, Bhavani and the mystic Amutha (Agaya Gangai). The place is also known as Dakshina Triveni Sangamam and Kooduthurai indicating the confluence of three rivers. Must visit place once ur at Erode.
The beautiful temple, the main deity is lord Shiva as Sangameshwarar and Vedhanayagi amman. We also see a lord Narayanan and goddesses Lakshmi in this temple. The birds sounds are natural treat to your ears in the evening time on this river side temple... You can meditate and cultivate your inner peace here.
It is an amazing temple superb fyn sculpture, temple built with an advanced technology 1000 years back only excellent arts in the walls of temple nd the dome of the temple just awesome it just love this place.
