"Shaheed Ashfaq Ullah Khan Zoological Park is designed to house 387 wild animals from more than 58 species, including the Asiatic lion, rhinoceros, zebra, hippopotamus, tiger, leopard, two species of bears, three species of monkeys, and six species of deer. The gorakhpur zoo is best as I like animals & here all animals are separately stay in his cage or area . This zoo is very neat & clean . This place is amazing for tour with your friends and family and there infrastructure is decorated and setup where information about every animals is provided when you entered in. All animal statue are made with marble so that peoples easily identify the animals variety and names is also mention .So that's all I really loved & like this place You all must visit here.

Good zoo, not a very big one as compared to other zoo in India. Lots of animals around the world are here including tiger, lion, leopard, alligator, bear, deer, hyena, hippopotamus, rhinoceros and lots of birds are here. Snake section was also attractive. 7D theatre is so good for fun with family.

It is a wonderful zoo. Good for children. Lions, tigers, hyena, rhino, hippo are there. Aquarium and serpentarium are very attractive. 7D theatre is very good. Very neat and clean place with canteen.

One of the most beautiful tourist places of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. It's a natural lake with beautiful surroundings , well developed by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of Uttar Pradesh. After Hon'ble Yogi Adityanath Ji Maharaj came to power, this area was developed on a very large scale. The road links around the lake makes it so attractive and effective. Hundreds of thousands of people come to see this beautiful lake every day. The Nawaka Vihar , the well developed beautiful zoo, park and the connectivity make it more beautiful and attractive.

Nice place... Fast boating available for 100 rupees per person for 2 kilometres. Slow boating 60 rupees per person.

Best place for picnic, spoting and Boating.. Overall if you think to visit Gorakhpur just go Ramgarh Tal. It's show the beauty of Gorakhpur. I literally love the place.

This place has a separate section where you can see the struggles of our freedom fighters and some other important people who helped in making our country free from colonial rule. This place also have things related to Jainism and Buddhism Mostly it is concentrated on Buddhism but it's a pretty good place to see If you are into history. Thanks
