3 Best Tourist Attractions in Mangalore, KA

Pilikula Biological Park was an exciting place to be there and watch different species of birds and animals. Almost most of the species were covered and had a great time watching them. Quite spacious and every step was taken towards providing enough space for their habitat. Mornings are more preferable as animals are active and you can walk the stretch ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 kms. Tiredness won't be felt since the entire journey will keep you captivated. Well maintained and nice look of the entire zoo. Hats off to visit and be proud such a thing exists in Mangalore....

Pilikula Biological Park is a great place to explore nature and wildlife. The aquarium is a standout, showcasing vibrant fish species. The park also has tigers, leopards, and more, offering a peaceful, educational experience for all.

Excellent zoological park. This zoo has bigger areas allotted for animals to roam around, unlike other ones where animals are kept in small cages. Worth the visit. Buggy rides are also available.

This place is actually a watch tower created by tipu sultan. Now tourists mainly come to this place to see the dockyard. You need to buy a ticket to dock into the ferry steamer and then get town at the other part of the river. The steamer comes in usually 15 mins and takes the passengers to and from to the other side of the river. Once you get down at the other end , you need to walk around a kms or more to the beach.

Beautiful sunset spot. Clean well maintained beach. Good control maintained on entry exit. Safe beach bathing spot created for kids. With safeguards available on beach. Though it has better potential if proper importance of historical place is explained or displays are created. We also could not visit historic monument due to shortage of time.

Best place to chill by the river! You can relax and enjoy the serene vibes or take a ferry from here to Tannirbhavi for an even more scenic experience. A perfect spot to unwind!

Beutiful,less crowded,clean n tidy...lots of peacocks moving around freely.....launch building,mechanised boat maintenance workshops,fishnets maintenance can be seen in Kasba Bengre.Most important is,can view two reverse,Gurpur & Netravati joining sea,mouth of sea can be viewed really wonderful. remind me off Chilika lake exploration in Odisha.
