"Pilikula Biological Park is a vast zoo with park-like enclosures, home to a diverse range of animals, botanical gardens, and boating. Spanning 150 acres, it has been recognised as a major zoo by the Central Zoo Authority of India under existing regulations. The park houses around 1,200 animals from 120 species of mammals, reptiles, and birds. Its dense vegetation provides a natural habitat for wildlife. It serves as a nesting ground for birds, with over 70 species recorded within the zoo. As one of the main attractions of Pilikula Nisarga Dhama, the park also serves as an educational centre, offering students of all ages an opportunity to learn about wildlife conservation. The premises are home to free-ranging mammals, reptiles, amphibians, and insects. Pilikula Biological Park offers parking facilities.
