Best Place to spend quality time with family or friends. I visited twice once with friends and the other time I took family to have a great day. We enjoyed watching Tiger, Leopard, Sloth Bear, Spotted Deer, Barking Deer and a variety of Fishes and Birds. You can watch alligators as well.
Great place for kids in the city! The tiger is Awesome! Would be very good if they start maintaining the place better for animals rather than maintaining the Gardens.

Sitabuldi Fort is a renowned fortress in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The Fort has attracted numerous tourists due to its historical significance. It was positioned atop a hill and was the battleground for the pivotal Battle of Sitabuldi in 1817. Notably, the Fort encompasses a cell that once housed Mahatma Gandhi during his imprisonment. Additionally, a war memorial pays homage to the soldiers who bravely sacrificed their lives during the battle. The Fort's origins trace back to 1857 when a British officer initiated its construction as a tribute to the fallen soldiers from the third Anglo-Maratha war, known as the Battle of Sitabuldi. Inside the Fort, one can discover the graves of these brave soldiers. Remarkably, another cell within the Fort holds historical significance as it housed Mahatma Gandhi during India's freedom movement. The Lake is situated in Nagpur's western region, Futala Lake boasts a 200-year-old legacy. Initially constructed by the Bhosle Kings of Nagpur, its history is intriguing. Futala Lake has become a premier attraction in the Nagpur Region, drawing around 1,000 tourists daily. Its well-constructed shores provide a serene spot for people to relax and admire nature's beauty. The lake's evening allure is particularly enchanting. Great place for a hangout with your friends. You can enjoy various seasonal delicacies that the costermongers kept selling throughout the year. In summer, you’ll find Ice dishes. In rain, you’ll get roasted corns and in winter, they’ll get you coffee. All the best and wish you a great time ahead at Futala.
Cleanliness drive should be run near the edges of the lake otherwise overall a very beautiful experience. Lots of options available for street food as well as restaurants nearby. Fountain shows you can see here. Beautiful photos can be captured during the visit. A walk around the lake will feel awesome. Go green.
