“Sri Venkateswara Zoological Park is located on the foothills of Seshachalam hills in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. The Park is the largest zoological Park in Asia in terms of area. Sri Venkateswara Zoological Park was Established in 1987. The zoo spreads over 1254 hectares in Tirupati Reserve Forest Extention. The Park is named after Tirupati's Lord of the Seven Hills, "Sri Venkateswara." The Sri Venkateswara Zoological Park has a fantastical element to it. Sri Venkateswara Zoological Park covers a total area of 1254.71 hectares, with 289 hectares developed thus far. The zoo now holds 32 mammalian species, 49 bird species, and seven reptile species.
