The package offered by Akbar Travels was excellent with decent Hotel and travel arrangements. Ms. Archana was my coordinator who gave me an awesome service with her product knowledge and response. Ms. Jayalekshmi was the Tour Manager who was so friendly, responsible and dedicated. Finally our Guide Ms. Patti a pleasant and gentle lady who was so keen to keep us updated on all events with utmost respect and responsibility. I express my sincere thanks to all concerned.

The journey was overall a great experience. The hotels were clean and the food was hygienic. The tour guide Jiji was good. Our tour manager, Vineeth made it easy for us in the foreign land. He was friendly, caring and responsible. Whenever a member of the group faced an issue, he was there to sort it out. The flight journey was comfortable. The places visited were beautiful. Overall it was a nice experience.

I recently went on a 5-day, 4-night tour package to Thailand, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The package was all-inclusive, covering flights, accommodation, meals, sightseeing, and transfers — everything was well organized and hassle-free. Our tour manager Mr Vineeth was outstanding — friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. The entire trip was managed with great professionalism, and I was especially impressed by the excellent time management throughout the tour. We were able to enjoy all the planned activities without feeling rushed or delayed. Our tour guide Jiji organized everything properly. From vibrant city tours to serene beach moments, every day brought something new and exciting. I would highly recommend this package to anyone looking to explore Thailand in a well-structured and enjoyable way.

I had an amazing experience working with Riya Kollam branch for US visitor visa renewal. I strongly feel the consultant (Vinny) probably made the difference.
