I was supposed to travel to ayodhya from lucknow in the first week of dec, when the indigo fiasco happened. I had booked a taxi and had paid token in advance. The cab was booked with one of their partners, but due to the indigo fiasco, I couldn't travel. I asked for a refund, but it was delayed by their partners. When I contacted pawan, he was very receptive and talked on my behalf. He also regularly followed up on the refund status with me. When the refund was getting further delayed, he talked with the other guy, and got my money refunded. I did not travel with them, but pawan seems to be a nice guy with a focus on customer service. I will definitely give them a try if I come to lucknow.
