He was extremely patient and always available to clarify doubts, suggest the best options, and guide us step by step. His prompt responses, attention to even small details, and genuine concern for our comfort made us feel confident and stress-free throughout the trip planning. He truly understands customer needs and delivers with great professionalism and sincerity. Shireen, the trip executive, also did an excellent job and was very supportive during the trip.
