Excellent service and well organised staff, good verbal communication. The overall experience was great, the driver of the Innova was very cordial and a professional driver. We just finished our Gujarat tour from Bangalore. We absolutely did not have any clue about group tours since this was our first experience and it was awesome. Definitely a successful trip. We would like to definitely compliment and appreciate our tour manager Mr.Kishore Kumar. He was fabulous. Did not see him even once loosing his cool, not pressuring the travellers. Always smiling and very well aware of all history across the regions and he explains and gives heads up so well before we even reach the destination. We booked our 7 days South India Trip through Nirmala Travels. Everything was well planned and stay was pleasent. It was indeed a memorable trip for us. Hats off Shrikanth our guide without him our trips would not be completed. As it was Dec time all the temples where crowded need to wait for hours and hours.
