Tour guide : Priya Thank you priya(Happy Hours Tour And Travels). It was a good journey with them and it was quite affordable and we had a pretty good time not gonna lie. We reached them in August and we make a tour on 28/11/24 to Darjeeling and we thought that would decline as it was a rush time and we reached them quiet late. But tk our surprise they accepted our deal and treated us with delicacy. They had arranged a hotel for us just>200m from Mall road, Darjeeling named Hotel Raj Villa. They also provided us with a 5 seater luxurious vehicle, Innova which was quite nice. Thank you for giving us such a good time and I hope to contact you guys the next time I visit.

Best tour operator in Darjeeling. I really liked their hospitality and their behaviour and thanks to Priya ma'am for helping us in our tour as she was the tour guide. They provided us with a hotel named Raj Villa which was very close to Mall Road. They provided us with an Innova which could easily hold 5 people. Thank you guys for giving us a good time I hope to contact you guys for future trips

Heat flexi was introduced to me by a friend. What a peace of mind to be with them. First and foremost thing always their costing proves they are a pure b2b company and dont hike it depending on our query. Second the clear explanation on supplement costs before confirming the tour. In this case our last mins errors are minimised. Third, the file handler takes care of our guest in the name of us. And he/she travels the entire trip over calls with the guest and takes care of any issue. Highlight, this updates on tour is daily done in the whatsapp tour group and we need not worry anywhere. I definitely recommend them for all your b2b queries for Bhutan, North east. And their latest addition is Ladakh. Special mention Mr Ruben, who always helps me to understand the destination better.

I recently booked Bhutan tour for my client and the services were top notched. Everything was taken care as per client's requirement. There was no single where i got no answer from these guys.
