My father had a urethrotomy procedure done at this hospital. Both Dr. Jitendra and Dr. Pratik are exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled. They're also very polite and take the time to explain everything in layman's terms. Very positive experience with them. The staff are also very polite and helpful. We did not have a single negative interaction with any staff member in the hospital. The hospital itself is clean and spotless. It is also very modern. We stayed in the suite room and the room had two TVs, two ACs, a microwave, a Celfrost fridge, a WiFi router right in the room, and a big spacious bathroom. They even provided extra blankets, pillows, and dental kits/combs/body was/etc like a hotel would! Throughout our stay, nobody even mentioned anything about payments or making deposits. After having some bad experiences in this department with other Rajkot hospitals, we were pleasantly surprised by this. Finally, we went and voluntarily paid during discharge. And the best thing - the final bill was actually much lower than the estimate quoted to us before the procedure! Overall, this is probably the best hospital experience we have had in Rajkot (and we've had quite a few). I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital and these doctors to anyone having urological problems. Just absolutely sublime and excellent in every single department.
