We recently bought our car from Cars24 team in Sector 18 Noida and had an excellent experience. The team was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and helped us with quite a few test drives. The whole process was quick and easy. Ms. Deepali Khattar is a friendly sales person. She gave us timely update and guided us well through the whole process. would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy their car. Overall, a 5-star buying experience! Not a good experience in selling the car, the process is way too slow. The final price quote is less than 40% of the estimated cost given by the company. God knows how they calculate the estimated cost. Would rate them 2-star for selling experience!

It was a good experience for me with Car 24. Broadly bcs they had good options to offer secondly, the team lead Ms Deepali was highly driven to ensure we are properly informed and aware about things. The only discontentment I find is no special discounts been offered. Rest all was good. Let see how the after sales service turns out!! Fingers crossed.
