Mid last week I took delivery of an Ambassador 2008 from Rajan cars - on the first viewing, the car was exactly as advertised on OLX. Rajan and his brother Karthik are third generation Entrepreneurs in their line of business and carry their grandfather's tradition of providing customers good value for money. After paying the cost of the vehicle, Rajan voluntarily had the car fully checked from end to end by a professional engineer, replacing the odd bits here and there and replacing a critical part with no additional cost to me. This, I believe is a wonderful gesture resulting from thoughtfulness and empathy. The Rajan's were also considerate accompanying me and the car to the temple at Srirangam at 4.30 am and facilitated my worship. Furthermore, they also deputed their in-house; driver Mr.Vaidvelu to accompany me in the 330 Kms journey home as an additional measure (of safety) just to make sure that all goes well though I drove as planned. I am glad I got this wonderful car from Rajan cars and I will have no hesitancy in buying a used car from them or recommend my friends to do so.
