We had not met them in person until the event day and we were in contact only through messages/calls. Throughout the whole time, they were friendly, professional & answered all our queries promptly. On the event day, they arrived on time and brought all the necessary equipment. They handled the event coverage very well and the photos/videos came out beautifully. They took our input in selecting photos for the album and they also helped in shipping the final product to us.
