RGT did the decor for all the events in my wedding. My decision to go with RGT was primarily based on my interaction with the team over the phone. Being in a different country, they could adapt to my timings and made the communication really easy. Being young professionals, they could understand my taste and managed the event well. Also, the team has a great sense of design and aesthetics. Having said that, I would still like for them to be more professional at handling client interaction based on visual presentations (very important for this business and to maintain customer trust) and having a thorough documentation process. At least that’s how the millennials work in my opinion.
