for my boys’ dhoti function in India, I came across Grand Utsav’s page and was instantly captured by their work.Their all-in-one package and some conversations with Prasad gave me the confidence to celebrate the event without hassle - that peace of mind is hard to find for a person living abroad! Prasad accommodated all of my requests well - decor design, royal entry, etc. His attention to detail in the design (type of flowers, photo booth) and constant reminders were truly impressive. And the team’s warm attitude, dedication and responsiveness were beyond my expectations. I was stunned by the decorations and the arrangements. Prasad, the event manager, played a pivotal role in ensuring all the milestones were conducted on time. From planning to execution, he handled every detail with care, professionalism, and creativity. The entire process was smooth and pleasant. The only thing we were disappointed with was the mehendi artist and the beautician, but Prasad was open to take the feedback and fix it. We had an awesome experience overall and highly recommend their services for anyone looking for an event planner with beautiful presentation :) Thank you to the team for an unforgettable event!

We planned our kids’ dhoti and half saree ceremony in a very short time (only 10 days). We contacted many event organisers. Many did not respond at all, but Mr. Prasad Garu from Grand Utsav responded quickly and accepted our event even though it was peak season in August. He was always approachable, answered all our questions clearly, and gave us confidence that everything would go well. We later decided to add a haldi function at home just 2 days before, and they arranged everything quickly. Their flower decoration was elegant, beautiful, and impressive at a reasonable price. It became one of our best memories. We had great fun, and the photos and videos captured it perfectly. The haldi teaser is something we will always cherish. The main function decor was also super nice. Special thanks to the photography and video team for patiently making multiple changes as per our requests. The team is young, very patient, professional. Overall, we are very happy we chose Grand Utsav as our event planner.

To say in one sentence, even during the time of Pandemic, when second wave is in peak ....within short span of few hours...Elite Events arranged my daughter's wedding function so meticulously...every attendee felt so delighted that the arrangements were made exclusively for them. Food is delicious. Staff are so cordial. Decoration no words to say. Any special traditional event you ask...they respond positively. Any idea you have , they will materialize it within no time. Highly recommend Elite events! We hired the team for a wedding in the family, and the team not only did an excellent but they were very very courteous and professional. We never ran into any problem with the team on site or the management at any given point. The pricing was well placed, and the delivery was beyond what was promised. Highly recommend!

We have taken catering services from Elite events for a half saree function recently , and people who served the food are very caring and responsible and also the food items are unique with good taste.
