I have been attending this online yoga class for the past month, and it has been an amazing experience. The sessions are calming, easy to follow, and very effective. I feel healthier, more energetic, and relaxed after every class. One of the best changes I’ve noticed is that my monthly cycle has become regular, which has made a big difference in my overall well-being. The instructor explains everything clearly and creates a positive, supportive atmosphere even online. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their health and peace of mind!

Rachna is an amazing teacher who knows exactly how to push you beyond your limits every single day. I’ve been attending her classes for almost six months now, and not once has a series been repeated — she always keeps it fresh and challenging. Every session leaves me feeling energetic and positive. Although I can’t always be regular due to work commitments, I truly look forward to her classes.

When I first started taking yoga sessions, I thought they would be easy and soothing, but after 15 days, I realized that they were actually power yoga, which boosted my body's stamina over the course of a few days. You put in a lot of effort, Rachna ma'am, and I find it incredibly challenging to come up with a daily schedule since I learn new yoga poses every day. Another thing I should mention is that you focus in the same way in both online and offline classes, which is admirable. I appreciate our connection and will be taking your programs for a very long time.

I had the most incredible session with Akash. It was a beautiful and seamless blend of yoga, somatic bodywork and talking therapy that went so much deeper than a traditional class or massage. Akash holds such a grounded and intuitive space. I felt truly seen and supported and walked out feeling lighter clearer and much more connected to myself. It was exactly what I needed. I can’t recommend him highly enough, a rare gift.

The instructors are truly exceptional. Each one brings their own energy and teaching style, but all are knowledgeable, patient, and deeply committed to helping learners grow—both physically and mentally. I especially appreciate how they offer modifications for all levels, making beginners feel just as welcome as advanced practitioners.

I joined Prana Yoga Shala when I was struggling with multiple health issues — cervical pain, migraines, insomnia, and even after my open-heart surgery, I was feeling very low in energy.
