After attending yoga classes with the trainer, Divya Ma'am, I have experienced more improved postures and a calm mind. She is so supportive and she understands your body strength and capacity; according to that only she tarins you. She is so humble and sweet that it feels so easy to practice yoga under her guidance. I have seen major changes and improvements in my body after joining Shubh Yog Studio. It is the best place in Meerut for yoga.

It is one of the best places to learn yoga. Divya Ma'am is very supportive and she has good experience in this field. From the day I joined these yoga classes, I am more disciplined and calm , it enhanced my strength to do my work perfectly. I am glad to join these classes. Thanks to the team of Subh yoga studio.

VYAYAM VIBES REVIEWS

I had one of my best yoga experiences with Vyayam vibes . It was a private session with a small group of friends. I am a beginner and not familiar with all the names/poses but my instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful, he went at a slower pace and kept a nice flow. I definitely felt a deep stretch and felt very relaxed during and after our session. I would highly recommend vyayam vibes.

My yoga trainer was really good he came on time and very flexible. I had sinus issue I couldn’t sleep in ac but after doing yoga for 3 months it was possible to sleep. Now I feel very flexible and I can do all yoga exercises. thank you.

I really enjoyed Yoga session with Neeraj sir. He communicates so well and makes you feel very comfortable and become an active part of it. If you have the opportunity, do not hesitate to join a class with him. 100% recommendable teacher!!
