The staff members are very patient & soft (For MICU only) towards the attendents but there is a slight fallback which I noticed that they didn't tell you before, which test has to be done they just take the patient for the test suddenly without informing the family member. The nurses staff and male staff on the second floor are not did their duty well. Sit in the room for almost 1-2 hour in the waiting of wheel chair.

Physiotherapy wing of Cosmos is appreciable and praiseworthy. After spine surgery in MAX Saket I was advised physiotherapy for gait training. The physiotherapy doctors are very nice, perfect in their knowledge and approach and deliver appreciable results. I am very impressed with my progress owing to this physiotherapy wing of cosmos.

My mother aged more than 80 years have got successful surgery of a gallbladder stone by veteran Dr. Pankaj Gupta in cosmos hospital moradabad. Now she is living a normal and healthy life. Best wishes for Dr. Pankaj Gupta in future.

Got my father treated for pleural effusion later on diagnosed with TB under Dr.Shubendu Gupta. Staff was kind and helpful. They have got refund counter for unused medicine which saves alot in comparison to other hospital.
