If you wish to have a cozy place for dinner, tasty food, courteous staff, a soothing bar, easily approachable, ample parking, great ambiance in BILASPUR ...then this is the place. I have visited more than once at different timings and they never disappointed me. Rates are reasonable for what they provide you, Staff is always eager to listen to your needs. In my opinion, this is a very very nice place to visit with the least chances of your disappointment.

Had A Very Great And Pleasurable Stay At Hotel Intercity International. Spacious Rooms with Proper Amenities, Great Ambiance, Proper Hygienic Attached Bathrooms with Toiletries Including a Shaving Kit Consists of a Shaving Razor and Shaving Cream Sachet & Dental Kit Consists Of a Tooth Brush and A Toothpaste. Bathroom Has Dispenser for Hand Wash, Shampoo & Body Wash. Lightings In Room Were Good Too. Definitely Worth It for Room Stay.

One of the best hotel experience I had in my life. Clean rooms, decent environment, reasonable rates, just loved it. Never expected such an incredible experience. Hats off to their hospitality, well mannered & polite staff. Food was great. Complimentary breakfast & railway station drop by the hotel was unexpected. And all this at a very reasonable cost. Thank you Team Intercity International for your hospitality! We'll definitely see you soon again.

The food was amazing. Ambiance was very good , even though when I went there with my family, renovation was going on and at first too much noise was there. But when we went to our table it really was quite and peaceful. Service was also very nice and polite. Had an amazing time wid my family.

When ever we planned tour for bilaspur,CG my first choice for stay is Hotal Down Town because of great hospitality and hygiene food and cleanness. And most important well mannered staff. Specially Mr.Ankit.

Chicken fried rice Manchurian was awesome loved it very much bittu bhiya is the best chef... awesome preparation...keep it up...welldone.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Staff are warm and friendli Food is good the hotel offers excellent service. Whenever we called house keeping staff, they promptly responded and offered what we needed. The hotel has a large banquet hall and it's a perfect place for party and wedding ceremonies. The front desk staff were cordial and affable. I'd love to stay here during my future trip to Billaspur. Thanks for hotel silver Oak and team.
