HOTEL LILAC REVIEWS

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Food was excellent along with courteous staff. Their restaurants, Soul and Swag, are excellent under the supervision of Chef Chauhan. Rooms were comfortable however bathrooms need to be spacious. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Best service provided by all the staff members. Room was fairly clean and all the basic amenities here. Pricing is in budget. Location was easy to find and city mall is nearby. Food is good and match the price. The restaurant is based on horse polo theme which is amazing. I suggest to all visitors to visit at least once at this hotel and polo restaurant.

Great experience ever. Ambiance was awesome. Staff behaviour was polite and humble. Food was good and enough in quality and quantity. Room was good. Cleaning was good. Lobby was properly decorated feels so amazing. Overall good in this price range.

Service of this hotel is really awesome. Staffs and all other workers are very friendly with the guests. Breakfast facilities are really nice. I will highly recommend this hotel for stays with your family and friends.

UMED BHAWAN PALACE REVIEWS

Most memorable and beautiful stay in Umed Bhawan Palace, the rooms were huge , neat and clean. The staff is very friendly. Made us feel at home . We really had a feel of staying in palace while admiring the architecture and the scenic beauty around. The peacock dancing and the deer n Antlers around the vicinity was such an added bonus. The front office lady gave us the best room( as it was off season) and we really felt it was more than value for money . Thanks to all the front runners office staff for our comfortable stay . Absolutely worth staying. A suggestion- On the main gate entrance the hotel should put up there Hotel hoarding and proper lights as it gets very dark in night.

This place is a hidden gem. The greenery around, the architecture of the royal palace of days gone by, the ancient ambience of the room, courtesy of the staff, the mindset of living in harmony with nature and the sightings of peacock, neel gai, monkeys, cows, … all of it adds to the charm of the palace. So much peace here. This is a relaxation get away and there is much to explore in Kotha too. Highly recommended. The food was lovely. High kudos to the staff.

Umed Bhawan Palace, Kotah is one of the best heritage hotel in Kota which is maintained by the Royal Family of Kota as they own it. It’s spread over is spacious and amongst all the greenery all around it.
