The ashram provides all necessary facilities, including medical treatment, food, clothing, and shelter, free of charge, with the help of community support. Apna Ghar Ashram also provides specialised support for individuals with severe illnesses like HIV and Tuberculosis.

2026 Update: At present, there are 63 Apna Ghar Ashrams operating across 12 states in India and one in Kathmandu, Nepal, where more than 14,000 residents (Prabhuji) are provided shelter, care, and dedicated service by the organisation. Such individuals are often found at railway stations, bus stands, religious sites, and other public places, living in extremely unhygienic conditions and suffering from serious illnesses and severe pain."
