Worth staying in the property. Lovely support staff. Mr Daljit from the housekeeping department has been fantastic and very helpful. The hotel gives a lot of opportunity to deaf ad dumb employees which is unique to see. The server at the restaurant also does an amazing job. Pankaj from the front office is brilliant at what he does.

"The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, Mr. Honey was very helpful staff throughout.

It was nice stay there , rooms are comfortable, washroom are clean , best part I like was 24 hours food available at rooms , with some limited items but you can even order at 2 am.

Had a wonderful birthday function at Hotel Grand Marian in victoria banquet hall. It was an amazing party enjoyed by all both kids and adults. We were so impressed with the staff who took care of everything from the moment we walked in the door. The staff were excellent. The food was absolutely delicious both veg and non veg. We would highly recommend this party venue for their kids and family really it was loving we all loved it very much.

Utsav hall is a great venue for hosting wedding functions we had approximately 200 persons in that hall Really excellent hall. Very nice decoration , amazing with their services specially the manager Mr.Ankur and Mr.Jagmohan were very polite in nature and very nice food as well. All the arrangements done were very well done and we really liked our experience of hosting our wedding functions here.

We had a function yesterday in Victoria hall in grand marian hotel . I had a wonderful experience of service , veg or nonveg food and there decor of complete hall .food including snacks and main course was delicious.One of the manager Mr Ankur guided in a proper way for our function love to back again n again.

Fabulous place for a peaceful stay in Ludhiana. Very yummy food and excellent service. Hotel interior and rooms are very beautiful and spacious. staff dealing is very nice. I feel its environment like a home away from home.. we booked 10 rooms for wedding purpose and we didnt face any problem.. at every instance hotel management given full support.. really it's a very wonderful experience.. whenever I will come to Ludhiana will always stay in this hotel.

Nagpal hotel regency is a good hotel in Ludhiana. There is good services nice staff and one think this hotel food is so delicious food and everything is good.

Very nice place for hosting parties, marriage functions etc. All types of staff are cooperative and their welcome is nice n cordial. We had n enjoyed a very pleasant time over there.
