Our 10-day trip required multiple changes almost every week, yet he handled every adjustment with calm professionalism. He truly understood our preferences and offered great recommendations for hotels and accommodations. Everything promised, including the traveler vehicle, was exactly as shown during negotiations, except for one hotel in Kovalam(Nilakantha), where our experience was not great due poor hospitality and quality of rooms. However, there were no hidden terms or surprises, and we will definitely choose Mr. Sahil again for our future vacations.
