Rooms were clean, but furniture had some minor aesthetic damage. Has secured parking facility. Service was good. There is lot of civil construction going around in the surrounding areas so not an ideal place to go out for a casual walk etc.

Situated in prime location of city the hotel is nice on every count be it cleanliness or food or security or hospitality.. Room decor is exquisite.. Crispy clean linen, hygenic bathroom,nice city view from room no.514 all made me love this property.

Pls management department specially it manager should have take your duty properly,,couse all time visiting this hotel,, Wi-Fi network issue,,and right side front desk system always not working,,i already late check out time ,,but all front office staff really very well managed,, kindly address, it's my opinion.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The service was commendable during the day and night too. The call responses were quick and sharp. The check-in was smooth and so was the check-out. Out of the many hotels searched, this was the best and easily locatable. Overall, a great experience. A lot better than what you expect in a city like Meerut.

Very nice hotel for business trips or to organise functions. Great food. Ample outdoor parking in front of hotel. Location is close to the city center and to the Cantt.

Quality Translation Services were very professional in their approach and delivery. They are always available, going above and beyond expectations. They also offered reasonable cost but quality translation, I was impressed by the helpfulness of their customer support manager.

Service was good..we reached at 3 Am still they opened the gate and provide the good room.. Morning breakfast also provided by them.overall experience was good.

Stayed here for 4-5 days . Staff is very a co-operative. Although the service was good but there's still room for improvement. Highly recommended for people travelling solo or with family.
