The Abha Manav Mandir Vriddh Sewa Ashram currently has a two-storey building, with each floor covering about 10,000 square feet, totalling 20,000 square feet. A lift-supported second floor is available if required. The facility currently accommodates 62 seniors, with provisions to house up to 100 senior citizens. Abha Manav Mandir offers short-term stays and services to seniors. They provide each resident with a personalised environment based on love and dignity. They support this with continuous assessments and efforts to improve quality, ensuring a high standard of assisted living.

2026 Update: The capacity of the ashram is for 100 senior citizens. They meet with residents and family members to conduct an assessment, prior to move-in and at regular intervals after move-in, to understand the amount of assistance requirements. Their mission is to champion the Quality of Life for all seniors."
