Good rooms and interior by Fern as usual. Lovely decor. From price point it's value for money. The breakfast spread is good so do book breakfast for nominal cost. We had dinner at buffet as well and the spread is good. Overall value for money.

Stay was amazing. Nice interior and we'll maintained hotel , staff was too good and very cooperative . Specially Mr. Kishan Radhanpura he is very nice guy and very cooperative. I will recommended to others this hotel only.

Amazing service and hotel is so comfortable. The food choice in the restaurant is also great. Thank you Fern Rajkot. I had a great time.

Very spacious clean room with excellent sleep quality. Spacious bathroom with good quality of towels and accessories. Location is good. But most disappointing was the front desk. No one taught them to welcome guests, no one told them to smile. Every face was sullen, every front desk staff was slow. At check in room did not have bath towels, napkins etc. Calling housekeeping and reception did not work. Had to go down to reception, callEd duty manager.She appeared clueless. It took 40 minutes to get everything in place. In roomdining order was served after 55 minutes against assured wait time of 20 minutes, that too after three phone calls of reminder to the restaurant. Mr Pawan forgot about the order, Mr Harsh saved the day and prompt service was done next day.

It is my second time at this hotel. This time I spend a week at this hotel and I have to say that it was a fantastic stay again. The rooms are spacious and had everything I needed. The service was very good, especially at the Restaurant. The food was excellent. I recommend this hotel.

The food here is awesome, especially the Gujarati Thali — you can enjoy authentic Gujarati dishes with great taste and variety. You can celebrate your functions without any worries, as the management takes good care of all arrangements. The hall is divided into two parts, with a separate section for food service. The hotel is mostly booked for marriages and other functions, so advance booking is recommended. They have around 8–10 rooms available, which are neat, clean, and spacious. The minimum booking is for 250 plates, and the plate price starts from ₹560. Overall, a great venue for weddings and family functions with delicious food and good service.

Went here to eat their famous Gujarati Thali. The price is extremely affordable. The thali is only available during lunch time. The seating is good. Service is fast and efficient. The taste of the items were good. Loved the Basundi. Everything is unlimited including the sweets. Overall totally worth it if you are in Rajkot.
