Hi, the courtesy and hospitality of the tip-top staff was top-notch during our function on 08th Feb at Jasmine hall. The decoration was beautiful. The manager Shrikant and staff take appropriate care of guests. Servicing was prompt. Cleanliness was ensured all time. Magician show was nice. The manager was always there to help. Decoration and lights setting was beautiful. DJ played good music. Tattoo artist was very very good. Food was very delicious. Staff pro-actively took care in serving guests. Right from the booking time, we had great support from Milind. He explained everything with great detail and patience.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel for my sister's wedding! The food was delicious, and the arrangements were superb. Staffs are very cooperative and Our guests loved it! Highly recommend.

Though it is far from where I stay, I have visited the venue quite a few times for family functions and it has always been a delight. The catering is very good.

Stay was excellent. I was there for a day with family. We had a baby so the hotel provided a crib free of cost. Really appreciate that. Room was clean to the T and everything was perfectly placed. Restaurant staff was courteous and the food was also good quality. Only scope for improvement is they can add snacks during team time as only tea-coffee is being served in that time frame. Excellent staff, room service, restaurant and reception.

The breakfast has a lot of variety of healthy foods ,also live counter available for dosas etc, Indian and international cuisine also served during breakfast. I always enjoy my breakfast at Ibis Thane. The service provided by Miss Shrusti is excellent and she takes nice care during the breakfast.

Beautiful place and so well interior and Beautiful Ambience,clean and hygiene with good service of staff and whole team,it's so easy to reach out!! Loved the food so much it was delicious and tasty.
