It truly offers the "all-in-one" package: great location (right on the main road), spotless rooms, and delicious food. ​The staff here are incredibly courteous. A special mention to Ranjith for his professionalism, humble behavior throughout our stay. ​What really stood out was their flexibility. We checked out at 12 PM but had a midnight flight. After spending the day roaming around Mumbai, we returned to collect our bags and needed a place to change for our flight. Sebastian Vincent was kind enough to provide us with a room for 20 minutes to freshen up. That level of hospitality is rare and much appreciated.
