The hotel rooms were good and location as well the pool was awesome. The restaurant people were awesome. They served us well. Whatever we wanted they gave with smile. We enjoyed the stay here. Our room was garden side. Easy access to pool. Gym and table tennis cycle were there. If anyone staying here shld opt for breakfast and dinner as they have variety of food. Outside the hotel there is no good restaurant. One con is that if you order food they put tax on service charge which not right. This shld be removed.

"I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Ms. Garima and Ms. Janhvi at the front desk. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly stood out. They went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my visit was smooth and enjoyable. Their hospitality skills are commendable, as they greeted me with genuine warmth and handled all my queries with remarkable efficiency. It’s rare to encounter such dedication, and they are a true asset to their team. I’m incredibly grateful for their outstanding service and will happily recommend this establishment to others!"

I had a very great stay with family, breakfast was amazing good spread, you will get all options. Swimming pool and gym is situated in centre of the hotel and gives a vibe of resort stay. Nilesh at reception was very courteous and helpful in all manner. Room Balcony could be more clean. Will visit again.

THE FERN RESIDENCY REVIEWS

The fern residency, Aurangabad is an international level hotel, like other fern residencies. It is pretty good with luxury rooms of medium and a bigger size. It has a gym, not so big but good. The restaurant too was really good with friendly workers. Just the awkward thing I found was the location of the swimming pool. You have to go through the restaurant. Imagine you want to go around 10. You are going at front of those who are eating.

Great location. Beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful. It was clean, stylist, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and the service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

We are a family of four and we stayed in the Fern Club Room. The room was quite large and very comfortable for 4 persons. The buffet breakfast and dinner had lots of options and the taste was excellent. Overall, we had a great experience in this hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The housekeeping staff did a great job in keeping everything neat and hygienic. The staff were very polite, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Special thanks to Mr. Anand Dandge, the manager, for his excellent service and friendly attitude. He made sure all guests were comfortable and satisfied.

We visited here for a function and had a stay of 1 night. The restaurant has a super ambience. The service is excellent and food is top notch. Excellent service was provided by Mr. Anand and all other staff members. Rooms are also very neat and clean. We are definitely going to visit here again. Keep it up team Amarpreet

Great hotel at a perfect location. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. We had a very comfortable stay. Special thanks to Anand, Sudhir and the chef who went out of their way to help us deal with our daughter’s food allergies situation.
