Overall experience was excellent. All the housekeeping staff is very good. Specially Madhu, Dipesh, Ritu, Kokila from Housekeeping, & Rahul, Supia from F&B services, Tawhid & Kantilal from Front office. Specially thanks to Mr. Manan Joshi the General Manager of this hotel to make our day so beautiful.

Attended SCBC meeting. Regenta Inn conference hall is good, maintained and fit to accommodate 200+ men. The food was good. The helping staff was cooperative. While coming out for exit, the monkeys started to take shelter on back corridor as there was rain outside .

The rooms are neat and clean, which makes it the best hotel I've ever stayed in. All the electronic devices are working, and their service was quick, and the staff was very polite. We had an excellent experience.

Went last evening to try food at their punjab da swad food festival and I was so so happy that I was here. The spread was amazing. From sarson da saag to bhindi masala and from dal tadka to dal makhani and kadhi pakodi, they covered everything. The chhole samosa chat was too good.

Our stay at this hotel was simply remarkable. Right from the rooms, food and service , their attention to details were fault less. The NYE dinner buffet comprising of several appetizing delicacies was the highlight of our stay.

Very clean rooms. Staff is very hospitable. Breakfast served is very good. Kid friendly. Special mention to their staff at the counter - Kajal she helped us a lot with all information about the city.

Cleaned and specious room with all the amenities, suitable for corporate/buisness visits. 2 restaurant available gujrati and normal , veg / non veg food available with lot of options. Food tastes good. Ample parking space is available outside. Well professional and polite staff. Govt liquor shop is also with the hotel.

We had G2G for family and friends to celebrate the success of our child. Banquet menu had vast choice including local food items. Preparation, service and manner of staff was the highlight of our successful program. My personal thanks to Banquet Manager Mr.Birender Singh, banquet team leads Umesh,Shabir and entire team for providing great hospitality.

Excellent and very kind staff, rooms are good especially 407, good view from windows and food quality is amazing...
